As part of the Paleo diet, I’ve been eating tons and tons of salad. In order to keep on top of my dressing demands, I’ve started making huge batches each week of 1-2 types and storing them in Mason jars.
Paleo Balsamic Salad Dressing
simply mix all ingredients right in the jar and shake it up!
1-2 Tbsp Dijon or Spicy Mustard (I love Dijon, so I tend to add a lot)
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch Black Pepper if desired. I hate pepper, I leave it out!
½ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
